Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was a former politician, and a television host on MSNBC and a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and former cohost of The Hill’s Rising alongside Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball have announced that they will quit the show in May 2021 to begin Breaking Points, a new independent venture that will be hosted by Krystal as well as Saagar. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast alongside Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared as a guest in shows such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News) as well as CNN (CNBC). Ball married Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball says that she owes her passion for politics due to the fact that she became a mother during the 2008 primary elections, and also was able to be able to watch the US presidential election results while living in Jordan. She observed how it affected people in that country and thereby gained an appreciation for the global influence of US politics. She was a senior fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the 2010 election. But she was defeated by Rob Wittman. She co-hosted the MSNBC program The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. She created the People's House Project (a political action committee that supports Democratic causes) in May 2017.
